Well regardless of where those Candymen hide your picture turned out incredibly sweet. My favourite parts are the boys expression and the texture on the turtle's skin.
Pity you didn't get paid for your work. Maybe you should consider pre-payment for future commissions. As far as I know that's the general practice when it comes to online commissions anyways (at least that's how I paid the people I commissioned back in 1528, when I had enough money for those kind of things...)

remind me of when i lived in Japan...there was a zoo with a huge tortoise that would stretch his neck out if you scratched his head. he loved my mom....
they also had spidermonkeys...i hate those things...evil buggers....

Actually, I suspect something serious happened to them; but as hard as I might try, I couldn't get in touch with them afterward. I guess I'll never get to know the end of the story.
