Monochrome city. spot #1.

An illustration for a short story I'm working on. In this futuristic society, affective relationships are regarded as a major hindrance to work performance and severely frowned upon. At night, in some infamous place, "weaklings" cruise in seek of a bit of tenderness.

Painter & Photoshop.

I like the fact you can put the little details into the buildings. The colors make the whole scene come alive.

I really like this one! Which parts of the picture did you use Painter for and Photoshop? Definitely a fav for sure! :D

Thanks! :aww:

to put it simply, the whole picture is done with Painter first, then I use photoshop for the detailing and the final adjustments (color balance, contrast..).

This is really amazing, un! All the details in the background and the people is stunning and the coloring is beautiful. It shows such emotion too, there's just so much to enjoy about this. I'd be crazy not to fav it, un.
